A hearty group of cyclists from the Kaw Valley Bicycle Club who are the founders of the best cycling in the state. From a logo design competition to being the winner of Kansas' "Cottonwood 200" logo designer, this logo will be successfully launched in their website as well as on their T-shirts for the race starting in May 2022!
I implemented the colors blue and yellow so that when viewing it people get the feeling of being happy and cool. The two wheels are also zeros for the number "200" with a rider on them to make a bicycle motion and a sense of 'GO'. I wanted to add Kansas in this logo and I achieved so by designing the sun and wheat.
As coming up with sketches for this logo I came up with my design and had further help with my mentor from Washburn University.
